Digital Product Refund Policy - Willow Wren Learning

 

All resources purchased from Willow Wren Learning are delivered digitally via electronic download. As these products are not physical items and cannot be returned once accessed, all digital sales are considered final and are generally non-refundable.

However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. For this reason, refunds may be approved in limited, specific circumstances, as outlined below. Refund requests must be received within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed individually.

 

Eligible Refund Circumstances

A refund may be considered if your purchase meets one of the following conditions:

 

1. Faulty, Corrupted, or Incomplete File

The provided file is damaged, does not open, is missing pages, or contains incorrect content.
Example: The download opens to a blank or unrelated document rather than the intended resource.

 

2. Inaccurate or Misleading Product Information

The description, images, or product listing do not accurately reflect what is included.
Example: The product listing states that printable worksheets are included, but only an instructional guide is provided.

 

3. Technical Requirements Not Communicated

Required software, platforms, or file formats were not made clear prior to purchase.
Example: The resource requires a paid third-party app, but this information was not disclosed on the product page.

 

4. Duplicate Purchase by Mistake

You unintentionally buy the same item more than once through no fault of your own.
Example: You purchase an upgraded version without realising it already contains the original item you previously bought.

 

5. Unauthorised Charge or Payment System Error

A payment was processed incorrectly or without your permission.
Example: Your payment platform charged you twice due to a processing glitch.
